Eligibility

  • Contestants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Contestants and their air conditioners must reside in the general Colorado Springs, Colorado area.

  • Employees of Affordable Plumbing, Heat, and Electric, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

Entry Requirements

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

  • Entries are accepted exclusively through the Giveaway webpage: https://www.affordableplumbingandheat.com/

  • Multiple entries are allowed; however, submitting multiple entries will not increase the odds of winning.

Giveaway Period

  • The Giveaway begins on April 21st, 2025 amd Ends May 16th, 2025

  • Entries submitted after the deadline may not be considered for the prize.

Selection Process and Prize Details

  • The prize consists of one (1) new Air Conditioner and professional installation by Affordable Plumbing, Heat, and Electric.

  • The winning Air conditioner must be currently in use and operational at the time of selection.

  • Entries will be grouped by the age of the contestant’s current air conditioners. From the pool of the oldest air conditioners, the Host will select one winner.

  • The winner will be selected and announced within Q1 of 2025. A specific announcement date will be provided closer to the time of selection.

  • The winner will be contacted directly via the email and phone number provided during entry.

  • Total number of winners: one (1).

  • The winner must allow an on-site inspection to verify the age and condition of their current air conditioner.

  • If the winner does not claim their prize within 7 days of first contact, they forfeit the prize and the host may select a new winner.

Consent and Publicity

  • By entering the Giveaway, contestants agree to allow Affordable Plumbing, Heat, and Electric to take photos, videos, and other media of their home, air conditoner, and the installation process.

  • The Host retains the right to use this media for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Communications and Opt-Out

  • By participating, entrants agree to receive promotional emails from Affordable Plumbing, Heat, and Electric. Participants may opt out of these communications at any time by clicking the opt-out link included in the emails.

Additional Terms

  • Affordable Plumbing, Heat, and Electric retains the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms or are deemed inappropriate.

  • The winner may be required to provide further information for reporting purposes if the prize value is subject to IRS disclosure.

  • The Host is not responsible for any taxes incurred by the winner as a result of accepting the prize.

Liability

Dispute Resolution:
